Marc van der Woude is a Professor of Competition Law at the University of Rotterdam, and practices European law at the Brussels Bar. His research and practice focus on the interplay between competition and regulation in regulated sectors of the economy, in particular the energy sector. Marc is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Gasunie. Before exercising his current activities Marc was an official of the European Institutions, and a member of the Energy Council, an advisory body to the Dutch government.
