Stéphanie Novak is a research fellow at the Hertie School of Governance (Berlin). She previously held research positions at the European University Institute (Florence), Collège de France (Paris) and Harvard University. She holds a Ph.D. in political science (Institut d’études politiques de Paris, 2009) and is an alumna of the École normale supérieure (ENS). She graduated in philosophy (Master and agregation). Her Ph.D. thesis was published in 2011 by Dalloz, Paris: La prise de décision au Conseil de l’Union européenne. Pratiques du vote et du consensus.
