Agenda

Yves Bertoncini, Secretary General of Notre Europe, will participate to the conference called "European Economic Governance:
Current Status and Future Prospects" organized by Egmont February 6 2012 in Brussels.
The conference will take place at Egmont Palace, Place du Petit Sablon-Kleine Zavel, 8 Bis, 1000 Brussels.
The eurozone debt crisis continues to pose
considerable challenges to the future of the monetary union and the prosperity
of European citizens. Addressing the crisis requires profound changes of the
EU’s institutional framework.
As a way of contributing to the reflection on how to
achieve a genuine Economic and Monetary Union, Egmont dedicated a special issue of its journal Studia Diplomatica to the issue of economic governance. It includes
contributions from prominent academics and practitioners,
such as Petr Blizkovsky (Council), Jim Cloos (Council), Jacques Keller-Noëllet
(Egmont), Jean-Victor Louis (hon. professor, ULB) and Maria João Rodrigues
(IEE-ULB).
