We draw your attention to a colloquium this Thursday, 20 September, at the Maison de l'Europe in Paris, on the theme: "Europe faces up to climate change. A Community of the Willing: How Europe can lead the world's response to climate change?" "How can we put into practice the good intentions of the EU, seeing to it that objectives are reached and that Europe's behaviour is exemplary? What should be the strategy of the EU to mobilise the rest of the world in order to confront climate change on a 'fair basis'?" These two questions will be at the heart of the colloquium.
