The text of the Reform Treaty (Treaty of Lisbon) together with new documents adopted by the heads of state and government at the informal summit of 18-19 October are available on the Council's site. Notre Europe will shortly publish an explanatory and editorial note on this new text and the changes by comparison to the Constitutional Treaty.
