The Portuguese presidency of the EU has now put the new Reform Treaty online, as produced by the negotiations of the intergovernmental conference. The 27 member states must now agree on this text at the informal European Council meeting of 18-19 October. Foreign ministers will meet on 15 October to prepare the summit.
