Désormais, la saga du traité de Lisbonne étant derrière nous, l'Union européenne se tournera bientôt vers "l'autre Lisbonne" : la stratégie pour la croissance et l'emploi, lancée en mars 2000, qui visait à faire de l'Europe "l'économie de la connaissance la plus compétitive du monde" en 2010, et dont l'avenir sera tracé par les Vingt-Sept dans les semaines qui viennent...
