Laurent Cohen-Tanugi, Chair of the "Europe and Globalisation" mission in which Centre d'Analyse Stratégique participates, has submitted his final report to Christine Lagarde, Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, on Tuesday 15 April.

An international lawyer (rungs of Paris and New York), Laurent Cohen-Tanugi's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as international arbitration. He has written several books dealing with European affairs and transatlantic relations. He Chaired the « Europe in the Global Economy », taskforce appointed by the French Government (2007-2008) (www.euromonde2015.eu). Former associate and partner of international law firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. (2005-2007) and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton (1991-2003)  ; Senior Vice-President, General Counsel, et member of the Executive Committee  of the pharmaceutical concern Sanofi-Synthélabo (2004). He is member of Notre Europe's Board of Directors.
