Open Letter on the European Response to the Financial Crisis- On occasion of the European Council of 11-12 December, CEPS, Bruegel, Notre Europe and the EPC decided to send a joint open letter to the European leaders highlighting the magnitude of the risks and calling for increased fiscal policy coordination, as well as for a more active role for both the European Commission and the ECB.
