The summer 2011 witnessed the strengthening of the Euro zone crisis within the European Union. Against this lingering trouble, the former President of the European Commission and founding President of the think-tank Notre Europe, Jacques Delors, gave an interview to Le Temps and Le Soir newspapers which were released on August 18th, 2011. Plenty of other European media decided to echo this interview. Jacques Delors explicitly tells his point of view about the state of the European economy without hiding his concerns.
